I came across this picture (& article) on how women stereotype other women based on whether they are fat or thin. At first I was appalled, but realized quickly that I too make some of these very judgements.
We jump to conclusions about strangers based on their weight all of the time.
It. Needs. To. STOP.
Next time you see a stranger, try to stop yourself from automatically assessing them & attaching labels to what you *think* they are; instead say hello. Smile even.
