Currently I am training for my first half marathon.  (!!!)

I’m a little nervous but mostly excited.

Sometimes it overwhelms me when I think about how I will be running (mixed with some walking) 13.1 miles straight.

I try to remind myself that if I follow my training plan and just do my workout each day, that 3 miles will turn into 4 which will turn into 5 and so on and so forth.
