Chocolate Chip Cookies

I’ve lost my marbles.

This whole-wheat, brown rice lovin’ lady went to the dark side.

I baked today using no healthy swaps, which is very unlike me.

I used mounds of butter, pounds of chocolate chips & (gasp!) white flour.

it paid off.

My husband declared they were the best he had ever tasted.

I had to catch my breath after doing a victory lap around my kitchen.

Maybe breaking the mould every once in a while is a good thing!
